Wine Wall and Art

Taste daily flights of regional wines along with EdenVale's premium wines.  Each month we focus on a wine varietal or blend as part of our Taste Rogue wine program.  We bring in our favorite brands from around the southern Oregon region.  There is always something new and interesting to explore the wide range of Rogue vitaculture.  Check our Events page to see what we are pouring.  Enjoy the comparison among well-made wines in an warm and inviting atmosphere.  

Our tapa-style food plates perfectly pair with the local wine selections.  Come in for a light snack that is the perfect pairing with a flight of wine.  Enjoy time with friends over a glass of wine, a great conversation with our friendly, knowledgeable staff and amazing foods specially prepared to be enjoyed with wine.  We are the unique choice for learning about the region, its foods, culture and wines. 
 

EdenVale's Enoteca, Italian for wine library, is located on the Ashland Plaza in a beautiful, historic building. The oak-paneled rooms let you escape to a more relaxing time.  Enjoy a break in your day or start your evening with us.  Taste wines at the downstairs bar or slip into one of our comfortable leather chairs upstairs and sip a glass of wine with friends. We offer a variety of flight options and wines by the glass or bottle. Pair your wine with light appetizers that will complement your choice.

The Enoteca is an affiliate member of the Ashland Gallery Association and features changing art shows of local artists.  Our current artist works with very dramatic large pieces that complement wine and food themes.

We are taking reservations for private parties, rehearsal dinners and other special events. Contact our Tasting Room Manager for more information, pricing and calendar availability.
